Clubfoot is a congenital condition at birth that causes a baby’s foot to turn inward or downward.
Clubfoot is an irregularity in an infant's foot whereby the foot is twisted inwards from birth. With this condition, the tendons that join leg muscles to foot bones are small and tense, which makes the foot turn inward.
Intoeing occurs when feet curve inward rather than facing straight when mobile. Children can have this happen to their feet when they first start walking but they generally outgrow it.
Clubfoot is a serious condition that can occur in infants and leave their feet severely deformed if not treated correctly.
